Account Credit Policy for Tower Farm Riding Stables from 1/2/25
Policy For unused credit on our EC Pro Account
1 CREDIT EXPIRY Any unused credit on account will expire and be wiped if the account remains unused for a period of 9 months from date of last booking date.
2 CREDIT REFUND REQUESTS If a refund of credit is requested within 9 months of the original booking being made a 20% administrative fee will be deuducted from the total refundable amount.
3 EXCEPTIONS Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the management, provided evidence of extenuating circumstances is presented
4 COMMUNICATION Clients are responsible for checking their account and requesting back in person by email management@towerfarm.org
5 FINALITY If bookings haven't been made for 9 month period, any unused credit will be permenanently forfeited and no refunds or reinstatements will be made.
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Tower Farm Riding Stables is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
